It is a little surprising that the P and H3 tags are indented, but the bullets of the LI are not, instead only the text of each LI is indented off of the Bullet. As a text-property, text-indent affects ONLY TEXT... nothing else.

Letter spacing effects are somewhat neat, perhaps useful for headings assuming that don't abusively condense or stretch words, especially to the point of wrapping tex.t
Word spacing is surprisingly awkward to look at... the words look unrelated to each other because the spacing between words is disproportionate to spacing of letters. (when the words were all capitalized, it looked more like an inline block of links than a sentence)

Line spacing between 1 and 2-3 looks very natural and readable. Getting smaller is pretty annoying to read, though.
